Out of the top seeds I'd be hoping for England or Iceland, certainly two of the weaker teams.

Anyway well done rooney just another 17 to catch up to robbie Keane.

I wouldn't mind Ireland to get there. Especially if we got them.

Ha we are drastically shit, I got a text last night "if we somehow qualify it'll be worse than Poland"

But the sweaties have fucked up so we should get the play off spot.

2 good points I thought Hoddle made...

- Set-piece taking is currently not up to scratch. It's a big plus point of Baines.

- Stones, Smalling, Jones and Cahill all right-footed right-sided central defenders. An open question exactly how much that matters at the very top level, but I think it does matter. Can't think who would break through with a left foot. Of course the player who's looked most comfortable in that position over the years is Terry.

Harry arters decent, he's out injured now isn't he?

Ah I know noble won't declare for ireland, I would have loved to see the reaction on here though.

Don't look like he's in two minds to me? What with him approaching 30 and all that.
I thought you'd have given up.
Or is Londoner Harry Arter the man for the job.
Whatever happened to Meyler as well?!

Re: England v. Switzerland
I reckon we'll qualify now to be honest.

England
Northern Ireland
Ireland

All in a group would be fantastic

We'll look better when Grealish is in there.

Re: England v. Switzerland
I have heard many on here describe Joe Hart & Harry Kane as shit before so I don't take comments too seriously on here when it comes to England.

You would think as West Ham supporters we would be a bit more realistic about this sort of thing instead of slagging of our players just because they are not winning world cups.

Bit sad ITV having to push their Champions League HIGHLIGHTS coverage

England are average and will be made to look it at the euros.

Smaling is a good defender.

And Daley blind is a very good footballer.

Roy reckons other clubs have to step up to compete with the goal scoring records of players from the glorious Man Utd.

Eerie, I cunted you off when you were singing his praises a while back. He's improved but England as a whole are nowhere near the level that some people seem to think they are.

Keith Lemon 11:19 Tue Sep 8
Re: England v. Switzerland
Haha, have you seen the group and the quality of the opposition?

Because he plays for Man U he must be great? How old are you, 10? Mate, Man Utd are NOTHING like the force they were, so starting for them now really is no big deal, Luke fucking Shaw and Daley fucking Blind are also starters for Man Utd after all.

Granted, he's improved but this only puts him perhaps above average rather than average.
